温度和pH值对节丛孢属食线虫真菌生长的影响观察

Observation of Effect of Temperature and pH Value on Growth of Nematophagous Fungi (Arthobotrys spp.)

摘要: 对pH值和温度对节丛孢属食线虫真菌生长的影响进行了观测。结果表明,节丛孢属食线虫真菌在pH5.0~8.0之间均能够生长,但pH6.0~6.5时,生长最佳;真菌在10~30℃时均能生长,5℃和35℃时则基本上停止生长.真菌在20~25℃时,生长最佳。

Abstract: Experiments were conducted to observe the effects of pH value and temperature on the growth of nematophagous fungi (Arthrobotrys spp.). Results indicated that the fungi could grow in the medium with pH5.0~8.0 and 10~30℃, and the optimal conditions for fungi growth was pH 6.0~6.5 and 20~25℃.
