Sr18生物杀线虫制剂防治黄瓜根结线虫病研究

Study on Efficacy of Bio-Nematicide from Sr18 Fungus for Biological Control of Cucumber Root-knot Nematode

摘要: 利用生防菌株Sr18研制的生物杀线虫剂,于2003~2004年在山东省济南的日光节能温室内进行了防治黄瓜根结线虫病的研究。结果表明,通过发酵工程及生化分离手段制得的生物杀线剂1,2,3号均有显著的抗线虫活性,其中以2号浓缩水剂效果最为显著,可明显降低土壤内根结线虫2龄幼虫的数量,虫口减退率94.68%,收获期对黄瓜根结线虫病的防效高达80.27%,显著高于对照化学药剂益舒丰(65.84%)和生物药剂灭虫灵(52.44%)。另外,该制剂还具有促进植株生长和提高产量的效果,杀线剂2号处理区的平均株高和单株鲜重极显著高于空白对照组,分别增长16.32%和20.43%;杀线剂2号的黄瓜增产率为28.28%,优于益舒丰(19.8%)和灭虫灵(17.43%)处理。

Abstract: The bio-nematicides NO.1 to NO.3 produced by fun-gus Sr18(Syncephalastrum racemosum) were used for the control of cucumber root-knot nematode(Meloidogyne incognita) in greenhouse in Qingdao,Shandong Province.The result showed that these bio-nematicides were effective especially bio-nematicide No.2.It could reduce the number of second stage juvennil(J2) of cucumber root-knot nematodes by 94.68%,and the control effect investigated at harvesting period was up to 80.27%,which are significantly higher than that of chemical and biological nemaicides.Moreover,the bio-nematicide could promote the growth and yield of the plant.It is obvious that the average plant height and the fresh weight of each plant treated by the Bio-nematicide No.2 were higher than that of control group,increasing by 16.32% and 20.43% respectively.The cucumber yield increased by 28.28%,which are better than that of chemical and biological nematicides.
