防治小麦纹枯病的室内药剂筛选与复配

Fungicide Screening and Mixture of the Wheat Sharp Eyespot Prevention

摘要: 为获得防治小麦纹枯病的高效轮换使用药剂,给田间用药提供依据,在室内对6种报道的悬浮种衣剂利用双层滤纸发芽床试验、生长速率抑制法、Horsfall法进行筛选与复配.结果表明,所有试验药剂对小麦的萌发无显著影响,只有噻呋酰胺对出苗有显著影响.对纹枯病防效最好的药剂是25 g/L适乐时和27%酷拉斯,其次是1%申嗪霉素.将适乐时和酷拉斯分别与生物制剂申嗪霉素进行二元复配,结果表明,申嗪霉素和适乐时、申嗪霉素和酷拉斯配比防治小麦纹枯病菌时,均具有一定相加作用,其中,申嗪霉素和适乐时配比为9:1,5:5时,相加作用大于该两药剂的其他配比;申嗪霉素和酷拉斯配比4:6,3:7时,相加作用大于该两药剂的其他配比.25 g/L适乐时、27%酷拉斯和1%申嗪霉素均为防治小麦纹枯病的高效药剂,而且申嗪霉素与适乐时、酷拉斯均可混合使用.

Abstract: The aimed of the experiment was to screen the higher effective fungicides from six reported suspension seed coating agents using double filter paper bed experimentation,mycelium growth rate method,and select the best synthesized and mix with chemical and biological agent using Horsfall's method and cotoxicity coefficient.The results indicated that all the test chemical had no significant effect on germination and only Trifluzamide significant reduced the rate of emergence of wheat.27% Coollas SC and Celest 25 g/L SC produced by Syngenta could significantly inhibit the growth of Rhizoctonia cerealis,and Shenqinmycin 1% SC took the second higher efficiency place.Horsfall's method and cotoxicity coefficient were employed to qualitatively analyze synergistic effects of two-component mixtures among three fungicides of Shenqinmycin,Celest and Coollas.The results indicated that two-component mixtures between Shenqinmycin and Celest or Coollas ungicides produced additive effect.The greatest additive effect of fungicides combination were as follows:Shenqinmycin and Celest 9 : 1,5 : 5,Shenqinmycin and Coollas 4 : 6,3 : 7.27% Coollas SC,Celest 25 g/L SC and 1% Shenqinmycin are high control efficiency agents and 1% Shenqinmycin can mix with the others.
