摘要： 通过对H5A不育系的F₁、F₂（F₁不育株与可育株姐妹交及可育株自交）兄妹交、回交后代的性状观察，发现上述各群体后代中，只出现了白花、白种皮不育株和蓝花、褐种皮可育株两种亲本型，而未出现重组类型。证明了不育性与花色、种皮颜色表现出不是紧密连锁就是完全连锁或一因多效。

Abstract: Through observation on the traits of F ₁,F ₂ derived from H5A sterile line and the progenies of inbreeding and backcrossing,only two parent forms were found in the different populations,one was sterile plants with white flower and white seed coat,another was fertile plants with blue flower and brown seed coat.There were no recombination types.It was proved that sterility was either closely linked with flower colour and the colour of seed coat or complete linkage or one gene had more effects.
