不同处理条件下苜蓿品质特性变化研究

Study on the Changing of Quality Characteristics of Alfalfa under Different Treatment Conditions

摘要: 为比较不同处理措施对苜蓿品质的影响、探索获取苜蓿最优品质的最佳处理模式,设计了不同茬次、不同时期、不同留茬高度、不同生长部位以及是否淋雨条件下的苜蓿品质对比,通过比较不同处理条件下的苜蓿品质变化,结果表明,第1,4茬苜蓿的品质显著优于第2,3茬苜蓿;随着生育时期的推移,苜蓿品质逐渐下降,但综合考虑,现蕾期-初花期收获品质较好,产量较高;苜蓿叶片的品质显著优于苜蓿茎的品质;留茬8~10 cm既能保证产量,又能维持较好的品质特性;同时苜蓿收获后若淋雨应及时对其进行翻晒,以保证其品质特性。因此,综合比较苜蓿收获时留茬高度不宜过低,且收获时期不宜过晚,培育多叶苜蓿是改善苜蓿品质的有效途径。

Abstract: In order to comparing the effects of different treatments on the quality of alfalfa, this experiment designed the comparison of alfalfa quality under different conditions, different periods, different stubble heights, different growth sites and whether it was raining. The results showed that the quality of the first and fourth cuttings was significantly better than the second and third; with the growth period extended, the quality of alfalfa gradually decreased, but comprehensive considering, quality was better under the present bud-early flowering, and the yield was higher. The quality of alfalfa leaves was significantly better than that of stems. The retention of alfalfa 8-10 cm not only ensured the yield, but also maintained good quality characteristics. Meanwhile,turning it on in time after raining was important to ensure its quality characteristics.Therefore, the comprehensive comparison of the height of stubble at harvest should not be too low, and the harvest period should not be too late. The cultivation of leafhopper is an effective way to improve the quality of alfalfa.
