不同氮水平与土壤改良剂配施对烤烟养分吸收及产质量的影响

Effects of Combined Application of Different N Levels and Soil Conditioner on Nutrient Absorption,Yield and Quality of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 通过田间小区试验,研究了氮与土壤改良剂配施对土壤肥力及烤烟养分吸收、产质量的影响.结果表明:在相同施氮水平下与不施用土壤改良剂处理相比,施用土壤改良剂处理能提高前期土壤中碱解氮含量,在成熟期土壤有效磷和速效钾分别提高1.1~1.8,7.5~13.6 mg/kg.中部叶养分分析表明,施用土壤改良剂能提高前期烟株中部叶全氮和全磷含量,并能显著提高烟叶中钾的含量,在成熟期增幅达0.14~0.26 mg/kg.从产量和产值上看,在相同施用土壤改良剂条件下,产量均随施氮量的增加而增加,以N3水平(N:82.5 kg/hm2)最高,平均达2 990 kg/hm2,施用土壤改良剂能提高烟叶的产值,提高幅度1 724~3 897元/hm2,各处理相比,以A1N2处理(土壤改良剂+N:60 kg/hm2)经济性状指标最高,产值达49 677元/hm2,均价和上等烟比例分别达17.62元/kg和31.49%.化学成分分析表明,施用土壤改良剂可以降低烟叶总糖、还原糖、总氮和烟碱含量,能提高各部位烤后烟叶中钾的含量.

Abstract: Field experiment was carried out to study the effects of combined application of soil conditioner and nitrogen fertilizer on soil fertility and nutrient absorption,yield and quality of flue-cured tobacco.The results showed that:compared with no soil conditioner fertilizer treatments under the same N level,soil conditioner application could increase available N content during early stage and the available phosphorus and available potassium content increased by 1.1-1.8,7.5-13.6 mg/kg in the mature period respectively.The nutrient test of middle leaves analysis showed that soil conditioner application could increase the total nitrogen and phosphorus content of tobacco leaves during early stage and the potassium content in tobacco leaves increased significantly.The potassium content increased by 0.14-0.26 mg/kg in the mature period.According to the yield and output value,under the same soil application condition,the yield increased with the increase of nitrogen rate and the N3(N:82.5 kg/ha) had the highest yield(2 990 kg/ha).The output value of soil conditioner application treatments increased 1 724-3 897 yuan/ha.Compared with different treatments,the A1N2 treatment(soil conditioner+N:60 kg/ha) got the highest output value(49 677 yuan/ha),average price(17.62 yuan/kg) and proportion of superior tobacco leaves(31.49%).Chemical component analysis indicated that soil conditioner application could decrease total sugar,reducing sugar,total nitrogen and nicotine content and increased the potassium content in cured tobacco leaves.
