基于多环境下2个相关小麦RILs群体不育小穗的遗传分析

摘要: 为揭示总不育小穗数、基部和顶部不育小穗数的遗传特点,利用2个相关重组自交系群体,结合4个环境的表型数据和QTL检测结果,对其进行了分析。2个群体表型数据相关性分析和通径分析结果一致表明,顶部不育小穗是引起总不育小穗数的主要因素,这一结果与前人研究结果相反。环境间表型数据相关性分析结果表明,3个性状受环境影响均较大,其中复合性状总不育小穗数由于受其构成因素基部和顶部不育小穗数的双重影响而表现受环境影响最大,顶部不育小穗数次之。QTL检测结果表明:影响总不育小穗数的遗传因素并非是其构成因素遗传因子的简单累加,总不育小穗数、基部和顶部不育小穗数3个性状在QTL水平关系复杂,既在3个性状间或两两性状间检测到共同QTL,也分别检测到单一性状的特异QTL。顶部不育小穗数与总不育小穗数之间存在显著遗传相关性和较多的共同QTL。为小麦不育小穗性状的遗传改良和小麦生产中栽培措施的合理运用提供了参考依据。

Abstract: The sterility of the spikelets results in the decrease of kernels per spike,and basal sterile spikelets number (BSSN) and top sterile spikelets number (TSSN) are its two components.Thus far,there was little knowledge about the genetic mechanisms in sterility of the top spikelets and the basal spikelets at the QTL level.To enhance this understanding,two related F8:9 recombinant inbred lines (RILs) populations were generated.They were derived from the cross between Jing 411 and Kenong 9204 (KJ) and between Jing 411 and Xiaoyan 6 (JY),comprising 427 and 192 lines,respectively.The phenotypic data collected from four environments were used for data analysis.Based on the results of phenotypic correlation coefficients and path coefficients,we found that TSSN played key roles in determining SSN,but this results were opposite to that of previous study.The correlation coefficients for the single traits between pairs of experiments indicated that the three traits were greatly influenced by the environment.Among these,environment has the highest level influence on SSN,next to BSSN.As we know,each component has a impact on the final phenotypic data of complex trait,which account for the above results.The results of QTL detection suggested that every trait owned its unique QTL,though they shared common QTL to some extent.The QTL for SSN were not always common either to these of BSSN or TSSN,however,TSSN shared more QTL with these of SSN.The results above would provide the theoretical basis for the genetic improvement for sterility of the spikelets and the implementation of reasonable cultivation measures for high yield.
