辣椒WRKY转录因子的鉴别及进化分析

Identification and Phylogenetics Analysis of WRKY Transcription Factors Family in Pepper

摘要: 为了深入了解WRKY转录因子调节植物生长发育的过程,以辣椒全基因组和辣椒疫病转录组测序数据为材料,利用生物信息学方法分析辣椒WRKY转录因子的数目、种类、系统发生学和保守基序特征。结果表明,辣椒基因组中至少存在40个 WRKY 基因,包含1~2个WRKY保守结构域,根据WRKY结构域的数量及锌指结构的特征可将其分为Ⅰ、Ⅱ(a)、Ⅱ(b)、Ⅱ(c)、Ⅱ(d)、Ⅱ(e)和Ⅲ类/亚类。 辣椒 WRKY 基因的保守motif共有3个,motif长度最长为50,最短为21,辣椒WRKY编码的蛋白为151~747 个氨基酸,平均氨基酸数量为378.1个。该研究对辣椒 WRKY 基因功能的研究及进化具有重要的意义。

Abstract: The WRKY transcription factors participate in the plant various kinds defense response,identification of WRKY will help to have a thorough understanding of process of regulate plant growth and development in plant.The pepper genome sequence and transcriptional profiling for phytophthora capsici were employed;the gene number,class,phylogenetics relation and conserved motif of WRKY transcription factor were analyzed in this study.As a result,at least 40 CaWRKY s genes were identified and then nominated as CaWRKY1 to CaWRKY40 based on their gene structures and phylogenesises.According to the number of WRKY domain and the type of zine finger,the identified CaWRKY s were grouped intoⅠ,Ⅱ(a),Ⅱ(b),Ⅱ(c),Ⅱ(d),Ⅱ(e) and Ⅲ class or subclass.There have been three different conversed motifs in pepper WRKY genes,the minimum and maximum motif width were 21 and 50,respectively.Pepper WRKY proteins contained from 151-747 amino acids and 378.1 in average.The study provides a foundation for function and evolution of WRKY genes in pepper.
