摘要: 综述了近年来远缘杂交在植物育种中的应用价值和最新进展,重点介绍了导致远缘杂交失败的生殖障碍原因及其有效的克服方法,包括杂交不亲和等受精前障碍因素和胚胎败育等受精后障碍因素;概述了远缘杂种的形态学、细胞学和分子细胞遗传学等鉴定方法,并对植物远缘杂交育种提出了新的研究方向。

关键词: 植物远缘杂交, 不亲和, 受精前障碍, 受精后障碍, 杂种鉴定

Abstract: The research progress and value on distant hybridization of plant breeding in recent years was reviewed comprehensively,especially about the reproductive factors which resulted in unsuccessful hybridization and the effective methods to overcome.These included the pre-fertilization barriers such as crossing incompatibility and post-fertilization barriers such as embryo abortion.The morphological,cytological and molecular cytological identification methods for hybridity of distant progeny were reviewed,and a new study field of plant distant hybridization was proposed as well.
