摘要: 采用蔗糖梯度离心法及形态与分子方法相结合的真菌鉴定技术,对黑龙江、吉林和辽宁3省的大豆田根际土进行分离鉴定,分析土壤中大豆胞囊线虫卵定殖真菌种类及多样性.研究结果显示,采自黑龙江、吉林和辽宁38个县市大豆田根际的122份土样中,共分离获得真菌菌株3 937株,鉴定出24个不同的属.Paecilomyces spp.,Verticilium spp.和Fusarium spp.的菌株数量最多,分别占总菌株数量的37.9%,14.2%和7.4%.黑龙江省的卵定殖真菌以Paec以omyces spp.和Fusarium spp.为优势种类,辽宁和吉林省以Verticillium spp.为优势定殖真菌.连作5年以上的17份大豆田土壤样品中,有10份卵优势真菌均为Paecilomyces lilacinus(淡紫拟青霉),份为Verticilium chlamydosporium (厚孢轮枝菌),1份为Fusarium spp.

Abstract: During 2007-2008,mycofloras in eggs of the soybean cyst nematode(SCN),Heterodera glycines, were investigated in 122 fields from 38 counties in Heilongjiang,Jilin and Liaoning province,China.Sucrose gradient centrifugation and morphological and molecular identification of hngi technology were used.The results showed that, 3 937 strains of fungi isolated and identified 24 genera from the nematode.Paecilomyces spp.,Verticillium spp.and Fusarium spp.were accounted for 37.9%,14.2%and 7.4%,respectively.Paecilomyces spp.and Fusarium spp. were the dominant species in Heilongjiang Province,while Verticillium spp.was the dominant colonizing fungi in Liaoning and Jilin.More than 5 years of continuous cropping soybean field soil samples17 were examined,the dominant eolonizing fungi was Paecilomyces lilacinus in 10 fields,Verticilium chlamydosporium in 6 fields,Fusarium spp.in 1 field.
