禁食对小鼠孤啡肽及其受体基因在脂肪组织中表达的影响

Effects of Fasting on Nociceptin⁄Orphanin FQ and Opioid Receptor-like 1 mRNA Levels of Adipose Tissue in Mice

摘要: 探讨禁食状态下孤啡肽及其受体mRNA在脂肪组织中表达的变化.将18只雄性昆明小鼠随机分为正常组、禁食组、再喂食组,采集其脂肪组织,用RT-PCR方法检测孤啡肽及其受体mRNA水平的变化.结果表明,孤啡肽及其受体基因均在小鼠脂肪组织中有表达,与正常组相比,禁食组孤啡肽及其受体的mRNA表达水平明显上调(P<0.05),而再喂食组表达差异不显著.说明在禁食情况下,孤啡肽及其受体基因对脂肪组织起到一定的调节作用.

Abstract: To observe effects of fasting on Nociceptin/Orphanin FQ(N/OFQ)and opioid receptor-like 1 mRNA (ORLl)levels of adipose tissue.18 mice were randomly divided into normal group,fasting group and re-feeding group.Adipose tissue was isolatd and analyzed by reverse transcription polymerdse chain reaction(RT-PCR).N/OFQ and ORLl gene were all expressed in adipose tissue.Compared with normal group,the mRNA levels of N/OFQ and ORLl in fasting group increased significantly(P<0.05),but the mRNA levels in re-feeding group has no significant difference.N/OFQ and ORLl may play a role in the regulation of metabolism in adipose tissue.
