小麦拔节期水分胁迫诱导SSH文库构建

A SSH Library Constructed at Jointing Stage Induced by Water Stress in Wheat

摘要: 干旱是导致作物减产的主要逆境因素,植物在遭受水分胁迫时,诱导与此相关的一些基因表达。利用抑制差减杂交技术(SSH)建立小麦拔节期水分胁迫的基因表达的cDNA文库,获得2046条EST序列,DNAStar聚类分析后得到961个重叠群(Contig),经BLASTx同源比较和功能查寻,得到268个Uni-gene,分属12种不同功能,直接或间接对细胞遭受逆境胁迫起保护作用。

Abstract: The drought is the main factor that caused drop in production. Some related genes expressed when theplant suffered water stress. A cDNA library induced by water stress was constructed by the method of suppression sub-tractive hybridization (SSH).Based on the sepuencing data we obtained a total of 2046 good quality ESTs. Therewere 961 contigs based on EST cluster result by DNAStar software. Through EST similarity analysis we got functionUnienes belonging to 268 categories that involved in 12 kinds of metabolism pathway and showed direct or indirectcell protection response to dehydration.
