摘要： 采用RT-PCR技术,对90日龄大白猪心肌、肝脏、胃、肾脏、肺、大肠、小肠、背肌和腿肌组织中表达情况进行研究,得到Cst B基因在肾脏、肺、大肠和小肠中有较高的表达,而在心肌、背肌和腿肌等肌肉组织中表达量相对较低。

Abstract: Researching the rule of Cst B gene expression in myocardium,liver,stomach,kidney、lung,large intestine,small intestine,sorsal muscle,leg muscle of Yorkshire at 90 days of age by RT-PCR. Researchers obtain the higher expression in kidney,lung,large intestine,small intestine than myocardium,sorsal muscle,leg muscle.
