灌浆期玉米不同节根的某些生理性状分析

Study Physiological Characters of Adventitious Nodal Roots of Maize During Grain Filling

摘要: 为了研究灌浆期玉米(Zea mays L.)的第1至第8层节根的生理性状及其差异,采用田间试验,选用掖单13和丹玉13,分别以第1至第8层节根为对象,研究了不同茎节上生长的节根的生理功能,并比较差异。结果显示,灌浆期玉米不同层节根生理功能存在差异,第6至第8层节根的非结构性碳水化合物含量和游离氨基酸含量显著高于第1至第5层节根中的含量(P<0.05),第7至第8层节根可溶性蛋白含量显著高于第1至第6层节根中的含量(P<0.05),节根中的非结构性碳水化合物含量与游离氨基酸含量呈显著正相关。结论:灌浆期玉米次生根根据生理活性分为两组,第1至第5层节根为第1组,第6至8层节根为第2组,第2组节根的的生理活性强。

Abstract: Physiological characters of adventitious nodal roots during grain filling of maize(Zea mays L.)two genotypes Yedan 13 and Danyu 13 were examined from field trails.Root sampled by mining method.From first layer to eighth layer adventitious nodal roots used鹪the sample, content of total soluble sugar, soluble protein and free amino acid of from first layer to eighth layer adventitious nodal roots were determined.The results showed that the total soluble sugar content and free amino acid content of sixth layer, seventh layer and eighth layer of adventitious nodal roots were significantly greater than with from first layer to fifth layer of adventitious nodal roots’(P<0.05), soluble protein content of seventh layer and eighth layer of adventitious nodal roots were significantly greater than that from first layer to sixth layer adventitious nodal roots’(P<0.05).There was significant positive pearson correlation be— tween content of total soluble sugar and content of free amino acid of roots.Conclusion indicated that the physiologi— cal characters of sixth layer, seventh layer and eighth layer adventitious nodal roots showed high activity during grain filling of maize.
