Effect of Nitrogen Form on Nitrate and Photosynthesis in Coriander

摘要: 以提高芫荽光合速率、降低硝酸盐含量为目的,采用水培方法,研究了不同氮素形态对芫荽光合速率、硝酸盐积累、生长等的影响。结果表明:芫荽根系比叶片易于积累硝酸盐。在介质中NO3--N与NH4+-N同时存在,而且NO3--N比例较高时,芫荽叶片硝酸盐含量、硝酸还原酶(NR)活性、光合速率、生物量相对较高。

Abstract: In order to improve photosynthetic and reduce nitrate content, the paper was conducted under controlled hydroponics to value the influence of nitrogen form on growth and photosynthesis and nitratemetabo lism of coriander( Coriandrum sativum ). The results showed nitrate content, nitrate reductase, net photosyn thetic rate in leaves and biomass increased with the decreasing ratio of NO3--N/NH4+-N, when nitrate and ammonium were applied simu ltaneously in so lution. N itrate accumu lated in the root of coriander easily than leaves.
