低温锻炼对低温胁迫下菊花生理活性的影响

Effects of Cold Acclimation on Physiological Metabolism of Chrysanthemum under Low Temperature Stress

摘要: 为揭示低温锻炼下菊花生理变化特点及特异性表现,以切花菊(Chrysanthemum morifolium)秋白菊叶片为试验试材,在℃下对其进行5 h的低温锻炼,然后在-5℃下分别进行0,0.5,3和5 h不同时间的低温胁迫.通过对其相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸含量及5'-核苷酸酶、过氧化物歧化酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的测定,研究了低温锻炼对菊花抗寒性的诱导.结果表明,低温锻炼的菊花叶片相对电导率及MDA含量比对照减小,而脯氨酸含量、SOD和5'-核苷酸酶活性比对照增加,说明低温锻炼在一定程度上提高了菊花植株的抗寒性.

Abstract: To investigate the effects of cold acclimation on the cold tolerance, the leaves of chrysanthemum ( Chrysanthemum morifolium)were treated at 4 ℃for 5 hours,and then the changes of electrolytic leakage,content of mal2 ondialdehyde level (MDA),soluble protein,proline and activity of 5′2 nucleotidase,superoxide dismutase (SOD) and per2 oxidase (POD)were measured after low temperature stress with different times (0. 5 - 5 h). The results showed that the electrolytic leakage and the content of MDA in leaves treated with cold acclimation were lower than those of non2treated, the contents of proline and the activities of SOD and 5′2 nucleotidase kept higher levels compared with those of controls. The results indicated that the cold tolerance of chrysanthemum was improved by cold acclimation treatment.
