摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为探讨调节内蒙古绒山羊皮肤毛囊发育相关基因及其作用机理,采用原位杂交和荧光实时定量PCR方法对BMP2基因在内蒙古绒山羊皮肤毛囊中的表达情况进行了检测,分析了其可能的作用方式。原位杂交结果表明,该基因在内蒙古绒山羊皮肤毛囊发育休止期毛干周围有强烈的表达信号,在兴盛期不表达;荧光实时定量PCR结果显示,该基因在休止期皮肤毛囊的表达量是兴盛期的27.8倍。综合上述试验结果,推测BMP2基因在毛囊发育过程中主要起抑制毛囊生长发育、维持毛囊处于休止期的作用,且可能参与新一轮的毛囊重建,因此,可将BMP2基因作为绒山羊育种过程中提高其产绒量的一个潜在的分子靶点。

Abstract: To discuss the related genes involved in skin and hair follicle development regulated and its mechanism,the expression of BMP2 in skin and hair follicle in Inner Mongolia Cashmere goat were studied by in situ hybridization and RT-PCR.The results showed the expression of BMP2 was up-regulated in skin telogen,while it didn't expressed in anagen,and the expression of BMP2 in telogen was 27.8 times than that in anagen.These results indicated that BMP2 inhibited hair follicle development in telogen and kept hair follicle in anagen,BMP2 would be involved in new round hair forming,So,BMP2 should be a potential molecular target to improving cashmere yield in Cashmere goat breeding.
