生长素的种类和浓度对红掌组培苗生根的影响

摘要: 为了促进红掌组培苗的生根,利用不同的生长激素,对红掌组培苗高效生根的生长激素 IAA、NAA 和IBA 进行了研究。结果表明:对红掌不定芽平均生根数量和平均生根率影响较大的生长激素为 NAA。对红掌不定芽的平均根系长度影响大的为 IBA。IAA 对红掌生根,生根迟,根系少,而且根系生长慢;利用 NAA 可有效促进红掌生根,生根早、数量多且根较粗壮,根毛多,有利于出瓶移栽;IBA 可有效促进根系伸长,但根毛少。

Abstract: In order to promote the Anthurium rooting in vitro using different growth horn}one. Rooting for the efficient Anthurium vitroAnthurium adventitious buds growth hormone IAA, NAA and the IBA were studied.The results showed that on growth hormone NAA. Anthurium the IBA. effectively IAA on Anthurium take the root volume and the average percentage of the average rooting for the adventitious buds on the root system, the average length of high-impact for root, root rooting later than less, and root;rowth slow. NAA can be used to Anthurium take root, rooting morning, number of more sturdy and root, root hair, transplanted to a bottlc.IBA can effectively promote roota! elongation, but the root hair less.
