摘要: 为了促进红掌组培苗的生根,利用不同的生长激素,对红掌组培苗高效生根的生长激素 IAA、NAA 和IBA 进行了研究。结果表明:对红掌不定芽平均生根数量和平均生根率影响较大的生长激素为 NAA。对红掌不定芽的平均根系长度影响大的为 IBA。IAA 对红掌生根,生根迟,根系少,而且根系生长慢;利用 NAA 可有效促进红掌生根,生根早、数量多且根较粗壮,根毛多,有利于出瓶移栽;IBA 可有效促进根系伸长,但根毛少。

Abstract: In order to promote the Anthurium rooting in vitro using different growth horn}one.
