快速测定有机原料中有机质含量的研究

摘要: 为了快速、准确地测定有机原料中有机质含量,以中华人民共和国农业行业标准NY-2011有机肥料中有机质的测定方法为标准方法,对其中的沸水浴加热氧化条件进行了改进,即恒温烘箱加热氧化法。同时对恒温烘箱加热氧化法测定有机原料中有机质的加热温度、加热时间进行了研究。研究结果表明,与标准方法相比,恒温烘箱100℃加热氧化30 min和175℃加热氧化10 min这2种方法所测的结果准确可靠,而且高效、快捷、更为实用。

Abstract: In order to determine organic matter content in organic raw material rapidly and precisely, the deternining method of organic matter in organic manure ( NY-2011 ) was regarded as a standard method. That was the Potassium dichromate volumetric method by the boiling water bath heating. It was improved by the oven heating insteadof the boiling water bath heating. At the same time the oven heating temperature and heating time were studied bythe oven heating oxidation. The results showed that two methods of oven heating 30 min /100℃ and 10 min /175℃had the same accuracy and precision compared with the standard method. But they were efficiency, rapidity andpracticality.
