小麦T型细胞质雄性不育保持系线粒体DNA片段转化不育系的初步研究

Study on the Fragments of mtDNA of Maintainer Line Transform T-type Cytoplasmic Male Sterility Line in Wheat

摘要: 细胞质雄性不育在植物界普遍存在,其不育机理一直是人们研究的热点。采用花粉管通道法,利用T型细胞质雄性不育保持系75 3369B线粒体的基因文库,选取其中所载外源片段较大的重组子转化T型不育系小麦75 3369A,结果重组子ME252和ME317的转化后代变成可育,表明线粒体的部分片段可以使细胞质雄性不育系的育性发生转变。

Abstract: Cytoplasm male sterility ( CMS) exists in plant generally and itcs mechanism is the hot spot in studying1 The fragments of mtDNA of maintainer line was induced into T-type wheat cytoplasmic male sterility line 75-3369A by pollen tube pathway1 The fragments stem from the genome library of mtDNA of maintainer line 75-3369B1 The result shows that the recomposed plasmid-ME252 and ME317 have made the fertility of 75- 3369A restored1 The result suggests mtDNA of maintainer might include the fertility gene1
