青霉素和氨苄青霉素对小麦种子萌发及幼苗生理生化的影响

摘要: 以一定浓度的青霉素和氨苄青霉素水溶液对小麦进行浸种处理,能明显提高小麦种子发芽率、发芽势、活力指数、发芽指数和胚乳中淀粉酶的活力,并能使苗期叶片中叶绿素含量及幼苗的高度增加.青霉素以40 IU/L效果最好,氨苄青霉素则是在800mg/L浓度时作用最佳.

Abstract: Some characteristics of seed germination and growing were improved with suitable concentration of penicillin and ampicillin, such as germination percentage, germination energy,germination index, activity in-dex,amylase activity, chlorophyll content of seedling,the length of seedling and the dry weigh were increased. The ideal concentration of penicillin was 40 IU/L,and 800 mg/L of ampicillin was best.
