秋季大棚黄瓜主要光合作用特性研究

摘要: 研究了秋季大棚黄瓜的部分光合作用特性.不同基因型黄瓜的光合作用速率不同,一般杂交品种的净光合速率比常规品种高,适合秋季大棚栽培的黄瓜品种净光合速率比不适合的高.不同叶位间净光合速率也明显不同,幼叶和老叶的光合能力较低,健壮叶片净光合速率最高.净光合速率日变化表现为双峰曲线,有明显的"午休"现象.中午空气湿度低,叶表蒸气压亏缺急剧升高造成气孔导度下降是造成光合"午休"的主要原因.温度明显影响光合作用,黄瓜的最适温度为21~ ℃.

Abstract: Some photosynthetic characters of cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) were studied. The net photo-synthetic rate (Pn) of different gene type was different.There was obvious difference in Pn of different position leaf, lower in the younger leaf and higher in older leaf, the highest in the middle leaf. Pn varied in day time, it was double peak curve, there was obvious midday depression of photosynthesis. Temperature exerted significant effects on photosynthesis, and 21 - 33℃ was the suitable temperature for photosynthesis of cucumber.
