黄瓜耐热性遗传规律的研究

Inheritance of Heat Tolerance in Cucumber

摘要: 以耐热和热敏的黄瓜自交系R1和R29及其杂交、回交世代(F1,F2,B1,B2)为材料进行了黄瓜耐热性遗传模型和遗传参数估算,结果表明:黄瓜耐热性符合加性-显性模型,以加性效应为主,显性效应不显著;广义遗传力和狭义遗传力均较高.以个耐热自交系P1(R1,R2,R5)和4个热敏自交系P2(R21,R25,R28,R29)按不完全双列杂交方法配制杂交组合,配合力分析表明:群体一般配合力方差与特殊配合力方差之比较高,群体广义遗传力和狭义遗传力亦较高,控制杂交组合耐热性的主要是一般配合力.

Abstract: Six generations (P1, P2, F1, F2, B1, B2) of cucumber were tested to characterize inheritance of heat tolerance based on heat injury symptom. The results indicated that the inheritance of heat tolerance in cucumber agreed with the additive and dominant model, and the additive component was predominant. Both broad sense herilability and narrow sense heritablity were relatively high. An incomplete dialer cross between three heat tolerant parents and four heat sensitive parents was also analyzed for heat tolerance. The results revealed that variation of GCA was more significant than variance of SCA.
