感染立枯病对水稻旱育秧苗保护酶系的影响

Effect of Damping-off Infection on Protective Enzyme Systems in Dry Raising of Rice Seedlings

摘要: 水稻幼苗感染立枯病后,体内保护酶系活力发生显著变化。根部SOD、POD活性显著降低,地上部SOD、POD活性升高;CAT则呈现相反的变化趋势。病苗地上部PAL和PPO及根部PPO活性均高于健苗,根部MDA含量升高,地上部MDA含量下降。病苗POD同工酶谱带比正常苗增加一条。

Abstract: When damping off infection occurred,the activity of the protective enzyme systems in the rice seedling changed significantly.The activities of SOD and POD in the seedling roots were significantly lower than that of the health seedling,but their activities in the shoot showed higher than that of the healthy ones.The changes of CAT were reverse to SOD and POD.Infected seedling's had higher PAL and PPO activities in the shoots and higher PPO activities in the roots than that of the healthy ones.MDA content in the roots of the infected seedlings was higher than that of the uninfected ones,while infected shoots had lower MDA content than healthy ones.The pattern of PAGE of isoperoxidase showed that there was one band in infected rice seedlings more than healthy seedlings.
