鲁梅克斯K-1杂交酸模愈伤组织诱导及细胞悬浮系的建立

摘要: 研究了不同激素组合处理对鲁梅克斯K-1杂交酸模子叶愈伤组织的诱导,试验结果表明,2,4-D配合使用6-BAP时愈伤组织诱导率最高.在附加1.0 mg/L 2,4-D的液体MS培养基中通过悬浮培养分离出的单细胞,经数次继代后获得良好的悬浮培养体系.

Abstract: This paper studied the effects of different hormone combinations and concentrations on callus induction hybrid sour dock cv.Rumex K-1.The experimental results showed that the induced rate of callus was the best by MS medium supplemented with 2,4-D and 6-BAP.The monocells were cultured in MS liquid medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/L 2,4-D was appropriate.After some times of culture,the cells suspension culture was set up
