小麦根腐病菌鉴定及其生物学特性测定

Identification and Biological Character Test of Wheat Common Rot Pathogen

摘要: 分离鉴定小麦根腐病菌,并对其进行生物学特性测定,结果表明,小麦根腐病菌属于半知菌亚门平脐蠕孢属麦根腐平脐蠕孢(Bipolaris sorokiniana(Sacc.)Shoemakey).该菌生长的最适温度为30 ℃,最适pH值为7,最适培养基为PDA,60 ℃ min为致死温度.分生孢子在水滴中才能萌发,萌发的最适pH值为7,最适温度为2 ℃,在供试的营养液中,以土壤浸液中萌发率最高.

关键词: 小麦根腐病, 病原鉴定, 生物学特性

Abstract: Biological characterist ics was tested for the w heat common rot pathogen follow ing isolat ion and identif icat ion. the result show ed that the pathogen is Bip olaris sorokiniana(Sacc. ) shoemakey. The optimal condit ion for the grow th of the pathogen is 30 e , pH 7, and w ith the media of PDA, the lethal high temperature is 60 e for 5 min. T he conidia germinate only in the water drops. The optimal condition for the g ermination is pH 7, 25 e and highest germinat ion rate take place in the so il drench among the t reatment solut ions pathogen.
