授粉受精状况与苹果子房发育和Ca,Mg,K水平的关系

摘要: 对不同苹果品种自然授粉和人工授粉处理的结果进行分析表明,座果期发育不良的苹果子房干物质积累较少,Ca浓度高于正常者,而单个子房Ca,Mg,K含量低于正常子房。与不授粉和自花授粉处理相比,异花授粉明显促进子房发育和Ca,Mg,K吸收。

Abstract: The effects of the treatment with natural and artificial pollination of various apple cultivars during the pollination and fertilization stage were analyzed, the results indicated that abnormal ovaries accumulated lower dry matter, had higher Ca concentration (mg. g-1) and lower contents of Ca, Mg, K per ovary than normal ones. As compared with self-pollination or non-pollination, cross-pollination stimulated ovaries development and uptake of Ca, Mg, K.
