6-苄基氨基比林、激动素对水分胁迫条件下小麦旗叶光合磷酸化活力的影响

Effect of 6-BA or KT on Photophosphorylation Activity in Wheat Flag Leaves Under Water Stress

摘要: 干旱胁迫对抗旱性不同的两个小麦品种冀麦38号和晋麦33号的旗叶叶绿体Hill反应活力、光合磷酸化活力以及叶绿体偶联因子ATP酶活力均有不同程度的影响,而叶面喷施6-苄基氨基比林或激动素,对以上两种反应及Mg2+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶均起到促进作用。

Abstract: Water stress has influence on the Hill reaction, photophosphorylation activity and the ATPase activities of the chloroplast-coupling factor in two different draught resistance wheat cultivars, Jimai 38 and Jinmai 33. After the treatment of 6-benzylaminopurine (6-BA)and Kinetin(KT)in flag leaves, Hill reaction, photophosphorylation, Mg2+-ATPase and Ca2+-ATPase activity are all improved.
