摘要: 对8个小麦品种开花后的耐热性研究结果表明,耐热性在小麦品种间存在着较大的遗传差异,耐热性的高低与品种叶片的叶绿素含量、丙二醛含量、冠层温度显着相关,它直接影响到品种开花后的同化物积累量;叶片细胞膜热稳定性和冠层温度可以作为小麦抗热性育种的选择指标。

Abstract: Heat tolerances of 8 wheat cultivars were studied.The results indicated that there were larger differences in heat tolerances among cultivars.The heat tolerance was related to leafchlorophyll content, MAD content and canopy temperature of cultivar.Assimilate accumulating after anthesis was directly affected by heat tolerance of cultivar.Leaf membrane thermostability and canopy temperature might be used as selection parameters in wheat breeding for heat tolerance.
