肉鸡柔嫩艾美尔球虫病的病理免疫学研究

摘要: 为了探讨鸡球虫病的免疫机制,采用血液病理学、病理组织学、组织化学和免疫组化技术对人工攻毒复制的柔嫩艾美尔球虫病病鸡血细胞、免疫器官和盲肠局部的淋巴细胞变化进行了观察。结果表明,肉鸡感染柔嫩艾美尔球虫的第7d,盲肠、盲肠扁桃体的淋巴细胞增生,淋巴滤泡明显;血液中淋巴细胞增多,红细胞、白细胞总数和B淋巴细胞数下降;免疫器官胸腺、脾、法氏囊中T、B淋巴细胞均显着增生,但以T淋巴细胞增生为主;盲肠扁桃体和盲肠局部粘膜T、B淋巴细胞均显着增生。

Abstract: In order to study the immune mechanism of coccidiosis in broilers,observation on the hemcytes,lymphocytes of immune organs and cecum of broilers challenged by E.tenella was made by using the methods of hemphology,histology and histochemistry.The results showed that at the 7th day after inoculation,the lymphocytes in blood,cecum and canecumtonsil of the infected broilers increased significantly;white blood cells,red blood cells and B lymphocytes in blood decreased;T and B lymphocytes in the thymus,spleen and bursa of Fabricius proliferated while T lymphocytes proliferated more significantly;T and B lymphocytes all in cecum and canecum tonsil proliferated significantly.
