略论VA菌根在我国的应用

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 论述了VA菌根对植物生长的重要作用及在农林业中实际应用的必要性和可能性。指出当前及时开展面向生产的研究，将VA菌根真正应用于实际并取得效益，是关系到今后VA菌根研究能否继续发展的关键。在应用方法上重点提出了结合组培和工厂化育苗培育菌根化苗、“借鸡下蛋”接种法、和其它有益微生物联合接种等看法。并讨论了达到互惠共生最佳状态的调控、不同菌株的接种谱、VA真菌的防病及致病等问题。

Abstract: VA mycorrhizae play an important role in the life of its host plant.There is a great potential of VAM in the practical use in agriculture and forestry.It is pointed out that it is essential for the continuation of VA mycorrhizal research,to conduct studies which face production,to put VA mycorrhizae into practical use,and to achieve favorable results.Some application methods such as containerized mycorrhizal seedling were suggested.The advantage and application area of producing containerized mycorrhizal seedling were discussed.The regulation of mutualistic symbiosis,the inoculation spectrum of different isolates,and the relation between VAM fungi and plant diseases were also mentioned.
