小麦杂交育种F<sub>1</sub>组合的量化选择方法

摘要: 本文提出了F1组合评选的两种量化方法--最小平方和(LSS)法与最小绝对值和(LSA)法,分别以SS= ∑niwi(Fli-Ii)2/max(Fli-Ii)2and SA=∑niwi(|Fli-Ii|/max|Fli- Ii|)度量F1组合多个性状表现与育种目标的接近程度,SS或SA值越小,则F1组合越好。采用LSS法、LSA法对32个小麦高产育种F1组合进行了分析,以F2实际选择情况进行了验证。结果表明,LSS法和LSA法都能很好地评价F1组合的优劣,进而可以对F1组合分级并淘汰一定量的组合。

Abstract: Quantitative methods for evaluating the sum of squares(SS)and the sum of absolute values(SA)used for testing the difference between multiple traits of F1and breeding objectives were put forward for evaluating and selecting F1 crosses in wheat cross breeding.In the program,SS= ∑niwi(Fli-Ii)2/max(Fli-Ii)2and SA=∑niwi(|Fli-Ii|/max|Fli- Ii|),and the smaller the values of SS or SAis,the better the F1 crossis.Using them ethods or SS and SA,32 crosses of F1 from wheat breeding for yield were analysed with testing their effects by actual selection in F2 generation.The results showed that F1 crosses can be well evaluated with the methods and F1 can be graded while part of crosses in F1 generation can be eliminated
