采用桥梁单体培育小麦品种间染色体代换系的新方法

摘要: 将小麦染色单体转育和利用受体单体培育品种间染色体代换系这两个研究程序有机结合,设计出一套采用桥梁单体培育品种间染色体代换系的新方法。新方法只利用一套单体系统为桥梁材料,就可将目的基因所在染色体代换到任一个受体品种中,培育成品种间染色体代换系,突破了目前品种间染色体代换系培育时,受体小麦品种必须首先是单体系的障碍,缩短了一半的研究时间。

Abstract: Through combining the two procedures of the synthesis of monosomic lines of wheat and the synthesis of a set of chromosome substitution lines by use of recipient cultivar monosomic lines, a new substitution method is suggesed by using a(or any) set of monosomic lines as bridge monosomic lines,the aim chromosome can be substituted into any recipient cultivar.The new substitution method can solve the problem that before the chomosome substitution lines are synthesized the set of recipient cultivar lines must be monosomic. This method can cut the synthesis time down to half its length.
