大白菜苗期对黑斑病抗性遗传规律的研究

摘要: 采用4×4完全双列杂交对大白菜苗期黑斑病的抗性遗传规律进行了研究。结果表明,两个抗病亲本和两个感病亲本抗性差异显着;两个抗病亲本杂交的F1仍表现抗病,两个感病亲本的F1仍表现感病,一个抗病亲本和一个感病亲本杂交的F1表现中间偏抗类型,F1的抗性和中亲值差异显着,但未达到极显着水平,为部分显性,正反交差异不显着呈现核遗传,细胞质作用不显着。一般配合力的F值极显着,而特殊配合力F值不显着,大白菜苗期对黑斑病的抗性以加性效应为主,其广义遗传力为64.45%,狭义遗传力为61.95%.

Abstract: Inheritance of resistance to black leaf spot(Alternaria brassicae) in seedlings of Chinese cabbage was investigated by means of "4 × 4" diallel crosses.The results showed that the difference between the resistant and susceptible parents was significant.Two resistant parents showed high positive effect,while two susceptible parents showed negative effect on the resistance to black leaf spot.The reciprocal crossing effect was not significant.The resistance was mainly controlled by nuclear genes with partial dominance. The general combining ability was the most important factor in the resistance.The broad heretability of resistance was 64.45%,while the narrow one was 61.95%.
