摘要: 在NaCl胁迫下,玉米种子在萌发过程中种子内Na+含量大量增加,Ca2+含量显着减少,种子内α-淀粉酶活性降低,导致玉米种子萌发率降低,萌发期延迟。外加Ca2+使NaCl胁迫下玉米种子内α-淀粉酶活性升高,并提高种子萌发率。

Abstract: The Na+ content in germinating maize seeds was largely increased,but the Ca2+ content and the activity of α-amylase in germinating seeds were remarkably decreased under NaCl stress.Therefore,the germination of maize seeds was decreased and delayed by salt stress.Exogenous supply of Ca2+ increased the activity of α-amylase and the germination of maize seeds under NaCl stress.
