化杀杂种小麦籽粒的醇溶蛋白分析

摘要: 对两个化优杂种小麦(化优5号和化优8号)籽粒醇溶蛋白的分析结果表明,化杀杂种的纯度不低于80%;母本品质对杂种影响较大;多数情况下,染色体重组不影响父母本醇溶蛋白基因的表达,出现互补谱带。

Abstract: The results of analysis on gliadins in the seeds of wheat hybrid strains Huayou 5 and Huayou 8 cultivated with method of chemical induction of male sterility showed that the purity of the wheat hybrid strains was not lower than 80%, the effect of female parent on them in characters was greater than that of male parent, male and female parents chromosome recombination did not effect the expression of gliadin gene, and complementary band patterns accured in the wheat hybrid strains.
