小麦花药培养出愈和分化的研究

A Study on Callus induction and Differentiation in Tal Wheat Anther Culture

摘要: 采用Tal小麦轮回选择集团4个不同世代的可育株和Tal、矮败小麦多父本复合杂交3个世代的可育株,分别进行花药培养。结果表明:1.Tal小麦高世代具有较高的出愈率和绿苗分化率,但与常规品种间杂交~样,出愈率和绿苗分化率有随世代提高而降低的趋势。2.不同交配方式花培效果有明显差异,其中以轮选群体的出愈率最高,其次是多父本复合杂交后代,回交转育稳定的Tal小麦的单交出愈率最低。3.基因型对出愈率、绿苗分化率有明显的影响。

Abstract: The anthers of fertile plants from 4 gerenations of Tal wheat by recurrent bulk selection and that from 3 generations of abortive short-sstraw Tal wheat by multiple hybridization with multi~parents were cultured respectively in 1991 and 1994. Results showed that:1. the high generation of Tal wheat had higher frequency of callus induction and green-seedling differentiation, same as theconventional hybrids between cultivars, their callus induction and green-seedling differentiation frequencies trended to decline with the increase of generations, 2.there was a significant difference of anther culture effect in different cross modes, in which the highest callus induction occured in population by recurrent selection, the second in progeny of multiple hybridization with multi-parents and the lowest in single cross of Tal wheat with stable characters in backcross, 3. the genotype had obvious effect on the frequencies of callus induction and green-seedling differentiation.
