检测草莓果中多组分的新方法──近红外光谱法

A New Method for Determination of the Contents of Nutrition in intact Strawberry-Near Infrared Spectrometry

摘要: 用近红外光谱法(NIRs)分析草莓中的蔗糖,葡萄糖、果糖、柠檬酸、苹果酸和维生素C等6种成分,与高效液相色谱法(HPLC)的测值相比较,其相关系数分别为0.9920、0.9914、0.9888、0.9954、0.9949和0.9980,标准误差为0.021、0.035、0.065、0.044、0.029、0.727.说明NIRs法与HPLC法的准确度相似。由于此法具有快速、非破坏、样品不需要预处理、不用昂贵的化学试剂等优点,可以在草莓的品质分析、品种质量检验中推广应用。

Abstract: In this paper a fast non-destructive analytical method to measure various nutrients in the intact strawberry--Near infrared Spectrometry(NIRs)was introduced.Using this method the contents of six nutrients including sucrose,glucose, fructose,citric acid,malic acid and vitamin C were determined simultaneously.The multiple correlation coefficients between these values and those obtained on high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were 0 9920, 0.9914, 0.9888, 0.9954, 0.9949 and 0.9980,respectively.The standard’errors of calibration were 0.021, 0.035, 0.065,0.044, 0.029,0.727, respectively.These results showed that NIRs had a similiar accuracy to HPLC.However since it is faster and non-destructive,and dose not require any sample preparation and expensive chemicals, NIRs can be favourably introduced and applied to the nutrient analysis and quality determination of the intact strawberry.
