摘要: 对猪颗粒冻精制作工艺进行改革,简化了流程,降低了成本;冻精解冻后精子活率平均为0.35~0.40.级水平,受胎率66.66%,窝产仔数8.14头。同时对猪精冷冻保存中的谷草转氨酶活性、精子顶体形态变化等生理生化指标进行了测定。

Abstract: This Study Supplied the formula of dilution and the technological process for pelleting hoar frogen semen, they were simple, convenient,practical and cheap cost,and the conception effect was higher.This experiment studied various targets (physiology and biochemistry) of boar semen in frozing storaged proccess (pH, the activity of GOT and the changes of the sperm acrosomal, and so on ),obtained useful and basic data.The main technical targets were as follows: the average sperm motility rate of the frozen semen after thaw 0.35~0.40 degree, the conception rate 66.66% and the litter size 8.14.
