摘要: 连续五年对小麦(Triticum aestivum)新型化学杀雄剂EK和ES的杀雄效果进行了研究,结果表明:1.EK和ES是两个理想的小麦杀雄剂,自造孢时期至减数分裂期间,在1.35t/hm2溶液剂量下,用EK7000×10-6或ES6000×10-6喷施,均可诱导95%~100%不育,结实率达80%以上;2.EK和ES对植株高度和穗下节间长度影响显著,但它们的效果并无显著差异,均可用于化杀制种;3.建立了杀雄剂对植株农艺性状影响的回归方程式,它们可用于指导化杀制种和对喷药后的植株进行预测。

Abstract: Experiments about the effect on male sterility in wheat (Triticum aestivum)induced by 2 new gametocides-EK and ES have been made for 5 years. The results are as follows:1. EK and ES are 2 new excellent gametocides on wheat. The frequencies of male sterility and seed setting percentage reach to 95%-100% and above 80% ,respectively,if 7000×10-6 of EK and 6000× 10-6 of ES are sprayed in dose of 1350 kg/ha from mother cell stage to meiosis stage.2. The 2 chemicals have a significant effect on plant characters particularly on the plant hight and the length of last internode of spicas. All of them can be used in hybrid wheat breeding and hybrid production.3. Four correlative curves have been found which can be utilized to guide hybrid production as well as to anticipate plant characters after spraying.
