枸杞炭疽病菌生物学特性研究

Biological Characteristics of Matrimony Vine Anthracnose

摘要: 试验证明,枸杞炭疽病(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz)能较好地利用麦芽糖和蔗糖作为碳源。较适宜的氮源是KNO3和蛋白胨。碳源中乳糖和甘油以及氮源中的尿素、(NH42SO4和(NH42HPO4对病菌苗丝生长和分生孢子的产生有明显抑制作用。病菌生长最适宜酸碱度为pH6.1。苗竺生长和孢子萌发适温为20~30℃,低于10℃和高于35℃孢子不能萌发。孢子萌发适宜湿度为100%,以水中萌发最好。湿度低于75.6%时孢子不能萌发。

Abstract: Colletolrichum gloeosporioides of matrimony vine can use maltose and saccharose as its carbon sources, and KNO3 and peptone as its nitrogen sources. However, lactose, glycerin, urea, (NH4)sub>2SO4, and (NH4) 2HPO4 (can obviously inhibit the mycelia growth and conidia production-. It was shownd that pH 6.1 was most suitable for mycelial growth.The proper temperature for the mycelia growth and conidia germination was 20℃ to 30℃. Ccnidia wculd not germinate either below 10C or above 35℃.The relative humidity for conidia germination could not be lower than 75.6%. The optimal RH was 100%.
