Effects of Ultrasound Treatment on the Yield Formation of Rice of Different Genotypes

Abstract

A field experiment was conducted with the effect of ultrasound treatment on rice of different genotypes yield and its component factors,photosynthetic characteristics and accumulation and distribution of material by using conventional rice(Zhonghua 11 and Huahang 31),two-line hybrid rice(Y58S/1589 and P88S/1589),and three-line hybrid rice(Shenyou 9586 and Xiangfengyou 103) as the experimental materials under the field conditions.The experiment included both ultrasound treatment and comparison processing methods,used single-transplanting,spacing specifications for the 20 cm×20 cm.The experiment repeated three times for each treatment setting,each cell area was 42 m2,used high yield cultivation by local management.Determined net photosynthetic rate of flag leaf,leaf area index,SPAD value of leaves,dry weight and yield indicators.The result showed that ultrasound treatment increased the aboveground dry matter accumulation amount,the net photosynthetic rate,chlorophyll content and leaf area index of rice of different genotypes,increased the material output rate and conversion rate,net dry matter accumulation and crop growth rate of rice of different genotypes significantly.Final,ultrasound treatment increased production yield of rice of different genotypes,which Huahang 31,Y58S/1589,Shenyou 9586 and Xiangfengyou 103 reached significant levels.
