Abstract

The band differences and similarity of esterase isoenzymes(EST) and peroxidase isoenzymes (POD) of 8 pleurotus citrinopileatus strains were analysed via polyacrylamid gel electrophoresis (PAGE)technique.The pearson correlation of the test materials were calculated and cluster dendrogoam for 8 strains was drawn by using betweengroups linkage cluster method.The experimental results showed that the basic characteristics of the isozyme bandswere observed and the polymorphism was also detected with two isozymes.The relationship of strains pc5 with others was remote.The relationship between strains of pc-and pc-7 was very close.
