Gene2specific primers of accB1,accBwere designed based on cDNA sequences of cultivated peanut Luhua214 biotin carboxyl carrier protein (BCCP) genes.The accB1 and accBcDNA sequences of peanut wild relatives,A.duranensis,A.rigonii,A.batizocoi and A.hoehnei were isolated by PCR using leaf cDNA as templates.accB1 and accBwere highly conserved in peanut and its wild relatives and amino acid sequences of accB1 and accBshowed 9816 % and 97.5 % identity.The intron2exon structure of the accBof peanut wild relatives,A.duranensis,A.rigonii,A.batizoco,A.hoehnei,was identical with that of Luhua214.Genomic DNA sequence of A.duranensis shared 98.9 %,9818 % nucleotide sequence identity with A.batizocoi and A.hoehnei,while genomic DNA sequence of A.rigonii showed 93.5 %,93.6 %,93.4 % nucleotide sequence identity with that of A.duranensis,A.batizocoi,A.hoehnei,respectively.The results indicated that accB1 and accBwere highly conserved in peanut and its wild relatives.
