Abstract

To predict the B cell epitopes for VP2 protein of porcine circovirus2like agent P1.By using biotic softwares and network servers,the secondary structure of VP2 was predicted,and the surface properties (hydrophilicity,flexibility,accessibility and antigenicity) of VP2 were analysed.Then the B cell epitopes integrated prediction were obtained.The predominant B cell epitopes predicted were probably in the region of 6-18 and 80-92.The results of B cell epitopes prediction using multiple parameters are helpful for further epitopes identification and vaccine design of P1.
