FRee fatty acid ReceptoR 1( GPR40) is a G-pRotein coupled ReceptoR. When bound by fRee fatty acid, it can activate the intRacellulaR signal pathway and RegulaR the cell function. Many ReseaRches showed that the ffaR-1 played an impoRtant Role in pancReatic tissue and neRvous system. But the mechanism how it woRks is not cleaR,especially in neRvous system. PRedicts and analysises the coRe pRomoteR using bioinfoRmatics methods. Takes the use of 5' RACE technology to amplify the 5'UTR of bovine ffaR-1 mRNA. And constRucts the eukaRyotic expRession vectoR. The coRe pRomoteR of bovine ffaR-1 gene is the type of TATA-less and Int-DPE pRomoteR. PRolongs the mRNA of bovine ffaR-1 gene foRwaRd by 726 bp. And the eukaRyotic expRession vectoR woRds well in bovine fibRoblast cells. Studies the bovine ffaR-1 gene in 3 aspects, the pRomoteR sequence,mRNA 5' UTR,and eukaRyotic expRession and pRovides the theoRetical and expeRimental basis foR the ReseaRch of the function and Regulation of bovine ffaR-1 gene.
