Bio-control microorganism against Alternaria alternates were selected by assessing the inhibition zone of living body, fermented broth on agar media and control effect in detached leaves.From 371 strains isolated from soil, two strains No.182-2 and No.163 were found to have obvious and sagtable antagonistic effect to Alternaraa alternates. The properties of fermented broth of the two strains are different to heat, UV and natural light, pH, storing time and subculture. Strain 182-2 has superior capacity of inhibiting pathogens, controlling disease and enduring bad conditions.
