摘要: 随着对脂肪酸研究的不断深入,人们发现脂肪酸与机体的健康存在着密切的关系。近年来,脂肪酸与机体免疫系统的关系已成为研究的热点之一。笔者概述了脂肪酸的分类,着重归纳了饱和、单不饱和及多不饱和脂肪酸对机体免疫功能的影响,并阐述了脂肪酸影响免疫功能的作用机理。

Abstract: With continuous study of fatty acids,people realize the close relationship between fatty acid and the health of the body.In recent years,the research of the relationship between fatty acids and immune system has become one of the hottest topics.In this paper,research progress concerning the effects of saturated,monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids on immune functions are presented.In addition,the mechanisms by which fatty acids might modulate immune functions are also elaborated.
