摘要/Abstract

摘要： 用细胞传代的方法从湖南省宁乡县发病猪所采病料中分离到一株猪繁殖和呼吸综合征病毒(PRRSV)毒株.该毒株能在Marc-15细胞上增殖并产生特征性的细胞病变,RT-PCR检测可扩增出670 bp的特异性的ORF5基因片段,经美洲型PRRSV荧光抗体染色呈阳性反应,电镜观察其超微结构显示,病毒粒子大小为50～60 nm.命名该分离毒株为HN-HW株.

Abstract: A porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV) strain was isolated from the lung of an infected pig in Ningxiang county of Hunan province. The results showed that the virus could induce cytopathogenic effect(CPE) on Marc-145 line. A 670 bp DNA fragment of ORF5 gene could be amplified using RT-PCR analysis from the isolated virus RNA. Positive reaction appeared when the virus was tested using the fluorescent antibody of PRRSV VR-2332 standard strain. Observation of ultramicrostructure with the electron microscope showed that the size of typical shape of PRRSV was 50-60 nm. The isolated strain was designed as HN-HW strain.
