甜高粱茎秆糖分含量的变化分析

摘要: 通过对2个甜高粱品种茎秆的糖分含量分析可知:茎秆糖分含量在开花期急剧增长, 而后逐渐缓慢增长, 在乳熟期出现糖分含量不增长和负增长, 接近成熟的时候又快速增长的一个过程;锤度最高值在开花期出现在茎秆中部, 随后逐渐向上推进, 最后最高值又回到茎秆中部的一个规律;茎秆的榨汁率随着甜高粱的生长一直下降;根据每个品种不同的生物特性来决定收获时期。

Abstract: The sugar content of stalk was studied in two sweet sorghum varieties. The results were as follows: The sugar content of stalk increased rapidly in the flowering stage, then increased gradually slowly. The sugar content of stalk did not grow or had a negative growth in the milk stage, having a rapid growth when close to maturity ; Maximal value appeared in the intermediate intemodes of stem, subsequently move forward gradually upward, final maximal value returns to the central section of stem ; Sap squeezing rate came down always with the growth of sweet sorghum;The harvest time was decided by different biology characteristic of each variety.
